(Joplin, MO) – The Independent Living Center (TILC) is excited to announce a new Cruise Raffle as part of its upcoming Smokin’ for Support: A TILC BBQ Bash fundraiser, taking place September 19, 2026, from 4:00 to 7:00 pm.
One lucky winner will receive an all-inclusive cruise package valued at up to $5,000, giving them the opportunity to choose their destination and create a memorable getaway tailored to their preferences.
Raffle tickets are available now for $20 each or six tickets for $100. The winning ticket will be drawn during Smokin’ for Support on September 19th. Participants do not need to be present to win.
Proceeds from the raffle and fundraiser will support The Independent Living Center’s mission of empowering individuals with disabilities to live independently and participate fully in their communities. TILC provides a wide range of services throughout the Four-State area, including peer support, advocacy, skills training, transition services, and in-home support programs.
Smokin’ for Support will feature award-winning barbecue, live music from the Bobby DeGonia Band, family-friendly activities, silent auctions and opportunities to learn more about the organization’s programs and services.
