(Webb City, MO) – Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH) invites culinary enthusiasts and adventurous foodies to beat the summer heat with a unique and refreshing experience: a hands-on Sushi-Making Class on Saturday, July 12, 2025, from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at Nexus, an OCH Event Center (105 S. Main Street in Webb City).
This interactive workshop promises an engaging evening of culinary creativity, guided by Nexus’ executive chef, who brings authentic expertise and passion from his half-Japanese heritage. Participants will learn to make five different types of sushi, gaining the confidence to recognize and appreciate the art of sushi-making without feeling overwhelmed. Best of all, guests will get to take home their delicious creations to share — or savor themselves!
To make this more evening more special, Eagles Landing Wine will provide a cash bar, offering the perfect drinks to complement your sushi and kick off your Saturday night in style.
Don’t miss this chance to roll, sip, and savor an unforgettable culinary adventure in the heart of Webb City.
