One Joplin is partnering with Van and Tammy Benson of Motive Matters through a grant to offer reduced-price Color Code Training to nonprofit agencies and volunteers!
Join them on Thursday, May 15 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm at the Joplin Public Library for a training that will provide you and your team with the best tools available to operate together in a synchronized system. Quality relationships are essential to high-performance teamwork and people must be emotionally intelligent and proactive to create successful relationships, whether its at home or at work. Van and Tammy will walk participants through the Color Code training, which will cover all of these aspects.
Registration is $75 per person and includes the Color Code assessment, training book, and lunch. Space is limited to 50 participants, so make sure to register and save your spot here.
After registration, you will receive two emails, one for payment and one with a link to complete a Motive Matters assessment. This program is offered through a partnership between One Joplin, Freeman Health System, and Mercy.
