With extreme temperatures predicted again the week of August 17, Republic Services has notified the City of Joplin that crews will begin each day at 5:00 am from Monday, August 17 to Saturday, August 22.
The City of Joplin contracts with Republic Services to provide curbside trash and recycling services to residents of the community. All curbside trash and recycling customers within Joplin city limits should expect their garbage truck to arrive earlier than normal, so it’s important to get your trash out to the curb the night before your scheduled service.
