Good nutrition doesn’t take a summer break!
From May 27 to August 14, Joplin Schools is offering free, nutritious meals for children and teens 18 years old or younger. All are welcome and kiddos don’t need to attend Joplin Schools to participate.
Meals will be served at rotating locations as follows:
May 27–July 3 @ Kelsey Norman Elementary School
- Breakfast from 7:30 to 8:30 am
- Lunch from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm
June 1–June 30 @ Joplin High School
- Breakfast from 8:00 to 9:00 am
- Lunch from 11:30 am to 12:30 pm
June 1–June 30 @ East Middle School, Soaring Heights Elementary School, Dover Hill Elementary School, and Irving Elementary School
- Breakfast from 7:30 am to 8:30 am
- Lunch from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm
July 5–August 14 @ Stapleton Elementary School
- Lunch only from 11:00 am to 12:00 pm
July 6–August 7 @ The Joplin Public Library
- Sack lunch available from 11:00 to 11:30 am or while supplies lasts.
Please note that all meals must be eaten on site.
