Arvest Bank Ranked Top 20 on Forbes’ World’s Best Banks List

Arvest Bank has been named to Forbes’ 2026 World’s Best Banks, ranking 20th among U.S. banks, which is the highest among those headquartered in its four-state footprint of Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri. This marks the bank’s 8th consecutive year on the list. In 2025, it ranked 27th.

The World’s Best Banks 2026 rankings, announced on April 8, 2026, are based entirely on customer feedback collected by Forbes in collaboration with research partner Statista. The best banks in each country are selected based on independent surveys of more than 54,000 consumers across 34 countries.

Survey participants were asked to evaluate financial institutions, both traditional banks and online-only digital banks, where they previously had a checking or savings account. Evaluation criteria included overall customer satisfaction, likelihood to recommend the bank, trust in financial stability, terms and conditions, customer service, digital services and financial advice. In total, 410 banks are awarded “World’s Best Bank 2026,” including 72 from the U.S.

“There is no higher validation than feedback that comes directly from the people we serve every day,” said Matt Machen, president and CEO of Arvest Bank. “We are incredibly grateful to our customers for their continued trust and to our associates for their tireless commitment to delivering exceptional service with every interaction.”

Arvest has appeared on Forbes’ World’s Best Banks list every year since it began in 2019. Earlier this year, the bank was recognized as one of America’s Most Innovative Companies by Fortune and Statista. In December, Arvest made TIME’s inaugural Best Financial Services 2026 list.
