Missouri Southern State University’s KGCS-TV and Joplin High School are excited to welcome the 135th Army Band on Sunday, November 9, 2025 for their free concert, “A Salute to Veterans.”
This is the third year for this free concert, which will be held at Joplin High School’s Performing Arts Center at 3:00 pm. The community is invited to attend and celebrate Veteran’s Day by enjoying patriotic selections played by the 135th Army Band out of Springfield, Missouri.
There is no cost to attend, and registration is not required.
For those unable to attend, a live recording of the event will be posted on the KGCS YouTube channel.
KGCS-TV operates as a part of the Department of Communication at MSSU, providing educational programming and hands-on experience for students.
