  • Terri DeMent, from Nestlé Purina PetCare – Terri DeMent has nearly 30 years of experience in the consumer care industry and is an expert in customer engagement. She has spent the past 24 years helping to lead service at Nestlé Purina PetCare. In her current role, she reshapes and advances service by leveraging digital innovations, executing ideas and driving agility within Purina’s core and direct-to-consumer businesses.
  • David Sabada, from A-Mrazek Moving Systems – David Sabada became the owner of A-Mrazek Moving Systems, based in Kirkwood, Missouri, in 1985. For nearly 40 years, he’s worked tirelessly to instill a culture of trust, service and accountability to customers among A-Mrazek staff. Under his leadership, A-Mrazek became the official mover for the St. Louis Cardinals baseball team and has won numerous awards for quality service.
  • Mike Rottler, from Rottler Pest Solutions – Mike Rottler has decades of expertise in pest control and service, starting his career as a service technician and eventually becoming president of Rottler Pest Solutions. He is a past president of the National Pest Management Association and currently serves as treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Professional Pest Management Alliance and as chair for CPS/PestSure Insurance Group.
