(Joplin, MO) – The Downtown Joplin Alliance (DJA) will hold their next quarterly Downtown Now event on Wednesday, April 10 at 5:00 pm.
Downtown Now is for downtown business owners, residents, or just lovers of downtown to connect and to learn more about what’s happening in the area. This quarter’s event will be held at The Roxy Event Center at 102 S. Joplin Avenue.
In April, guests can expect to learn all about the new Downtown Streetscaping that will soon be happening in the southern portion of the downtown corridor. Officials from the City of Joplin will be on hand to walk business and property owners through the process, as well as any other interested citizens. The proposed designs will be on hand for viewing as well.
Then, Joe Bridgeman will present on the amazing rebate program that Liberty Utilities is offering for commercial clients that can help offset the cost of replacing existing lighting with LED lights. Guests can learn how to take advantage of this great offer!
Enjoy light snacks and beverages as you talk to other downtown business operates, residents, and downtown supporters. This is a free event and is open to the public with no RSVP required.
