(Joplin, Missouri) – Connect2Culture (C2C), Joplin’s community arts agency, compiled and released 2023’s most memorable arts and cultural moments in the Joplin area on Tuesday, December 26, 2023, via email communication and social media channels. Another year full of arts and cultural activity has come and gone — and C2C has captured these memorable moments every step of the way, bringing them all together in a fun, easy-to-use retrospective. Sections include: New Faces, New Public Art, Transitions, New Happenings, Collaborations, Anniversaries, Notable Events, Performances that Popped, and Awards and Recognitions. An update about C2C’s accomplishments and information about the Harry M. Cornell Arts & Entertainment Complex are also included.
