Public Meeting Set for July 27 to Discuss North Heights Neighborhood Survey

(Joplin, MO) – A public meeting to discuss the North Heights Neighborhood Architectural Survey will be held at 6:30 pm on Thursday, July 27 at Unity of Joplin (located at 204 N. Jackson Avenue).

City of Joplin officials and members of the Joplin Historic Preservation Commission will discuss the architectural survey and help define its purpose to identify the area’s historical buildings, sites, and events. The group will also address the reasons to survey and possible options that could occur following the survey’s completion. A question-and-answer period will follow the discussion.

Neighborhood residents are encouraged to attend and learn more about the process.
