(Joplin, MO) – The Alliance of Southwest Missouri will host An Afternoon at the Races, a Kentucky Derby-themed event from 3:00 to 6:00 pm on Saturday, May 6 at Adaline Acres in Carl Junction.
Saddle up for a good time with live Kentucky Derby viewing, a hat-decorating station and contest, simulated horse races, hors d’oeuvres, mint juleps and a cash bar, a raffle, and a silent auction to benefit the Alliance.
Tickets are on sale now and can be purchased online. They are $30 if purchased ahead of time and $35 at the door.
