Led by Amanda, a registered yoga teacher, this class is designed to incorporate elements of nature, breathing, and yoga poses. Bring your yoga mat or a towel and a reusable water bottle. This is a great opportunity to help those who might be experiencing a little angst from being cooped up during these winter months.

Join the Wildcat Glades Friends Group to Learn about some of our amazing native fishes. We will learn about trout and their wonderful colors, habitat, diet, and life cycle.
