Prints and Poop
March 12 | 1:00 pm | For nature explorers ages 7 through 12 | Free class
Have you ever been out on a walk and come across a track or maybe even some scat? Who left it there? How can we tell who has been here?
Join us to learn about the things animals leave behind. There is a lot to be said about an animal’s footprint, or even their scat. We will meet inside the Wildcat Glades Education Cottage for a short portion of the class, then we will take a hike to explore the prints and poop on the Wildcat Trail.
Eggs Are to Dye For
March 24 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am and March 27 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm | For ages 3 to 6 | Free class sponsored by Calvin Cassady
Blueberries, onion skins, beets, and cabbage. What will we do with these? Well, we are going to dye eggs with natural ingredients!
Join us for a story, a song, and good old dying fun! Bring your own basket and we might even hunt eggs.
