Spire Creates New Assistance Program for Missouri Small Businesses Impacted by Coronavirus Pandemic

With 98% of small businesses impacted financially, the natural gas provider offers up to $500 in assistance

(St. Louis, Missouri) Spire is offering a new financial assistance option of up to $500 for active, Missouri small businesses struggling due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Spire will begin accepting applications for the new Small Business Pandemic Relief Program the week of December 14.

The assistance is crucial as a recent study of small business customers conducted by Spire found 98% have been impacted financially by coronavirus. Many of these small businesses are restaurants working through public health precautions and social distancing practices related to the pandemic.
