Joplin Schools‘ preschool screenings are now open for the 2026–2027 school year!
If you have a child who will be three or four years old before August 1, 2026, they may be eligible for free preschool at Joplin Early Childhood (JEC) or in a Little Eagles Flight School classroom. Enrollment spaces are limited, so it’s recommended that parents complete the interest form and schedule a screening as soon as possible. Here’s how:
- Complete the Enrollment Interest Form here.
- Watch your email to schedule a preschool screening.
Spots in the preschool programs are very limited and are not guaranteed. Current JEC students must complete the Enrollment Interest Form as well, but they do not need to schedule a screening.
