(Springfield, MO) – Mid-Missouri Bank announced in July that they had been named the top bank in Missouri for 2025 by global media and business leader, Forbes.
“We’re committed every day to working hard and working smart, in pursuit of being the bank of first choice in our communities,” said Brian Riedy, CEO and President of Mid-Missouri Bank. “To be recognized by a leader in the business industry such as Forbes is gratifying and inspires all of us to keep our efforts consistent and deliver an optimal customer experience with every interaction.”
MidMo’s strong digital presence, which includes more than 100 5-star customer Google reviews in each of all ten communities MidMo calls home, plus more than 1,300 5-Star Google reviews in Springfield, played a role in 20% of the judging system Forbes implemented. The remaining 80% came from results of surveys submitted by local residents and bank customers contacted by Forbes. This annual state-by-state ranking from Forbes incorporates overall customer satisfaction, trust, convenience, transparency and digital services.
“2025 is the 153rd consecutive year that Mid-Missouri Bank has been serving the financial needs of the families and businesses of the Ozarks,” said Michael Miller, MidMo COO and General Counsel, “so this recognition from Forbes is anything but an overnight success. It’s the product of highly valued relationships through the years with the people of southwest Missouri; relationships that we manage carefully and deliberately to help our customers achieve financial success.”
Mid-Missouri Bank was previously named #1 Best Bank in southwest Missouri in a “Best of SWMO” contest that took place earlier in 2025, managed by a Branson, MO company ShopSWMO.com.
