Since 2016.
How long have you been an Ambassador with the Joplin Chamber?
Three years.
Do you serve in any other capacities within the Chamber?
I’m the chair of Leads Group One and part of the Leadership Joplin Steering Committee.
What is your favorite Chamber event/program and why?
Business EXPO because you get a chance to talk with and meet so many new people.
What is your favorite memory from serving as a Chamber Ambassador?
I love seeing the excited faces of new business owners during a ribbon cutting and the amount of support they receive from the community and the Chamber.
What would your advice be to new members of the Chamber?
Use all of your opportunities — leads groups, ribbon cuttings, Good Morning Joplin, Business After Hours. Consistently show up, be involved, and you will maximize your Chamber membership. You only get out of it what you put into it.
