(Joplin, MO) – Community Support Services of Missouri (CSS) is excited to announce that they will be hosting an inaugural prom for individuals with developmental disabilities on Saturday, September 16!
The theme of the party will be “A Starry Night” and will be hosted at One Church at 2802 New Hampshire in Joplin from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. The event will feature dancing, snacks, and fun for our friends and neighbors with developmental disabilities. Formal attire is encouraged.
Even though the event is coming up fast, there’s still time to make a donation of $30, which will cover the cost of one partygoer’s formal attire rental, hair and/or makeup, and a corsage/boutonniere. If you’d like to make a donation to help make this prom night one to remember, please click here.
CSS would like to thank One Church and all of the community members who made this event possible!
