(Joplin, MO) – The Missouri Southern State University (MSSU) Choral Society’s annual holiday concert will take place on Sunday, December 11 at 3:00 pm at the First Community Church (2007 East 15th Street) in Joplin.
Celebrate the season through song! The MSSU Choral Society, conducted by Melissa Belk, is an area-wide mixed choir that offers fellowship and fun for those who are passionate about singing.
Members of the choir will sing several selections that celebrate the holiday season including “Christmas on Broadway”, “We Are Lights/Chanukah Song”, “Some Children See Him”, “Come Follow That Star”, and several other holiday classics.
The concert is free and open to the public; donations are appreciated.
