Join Joplin NALA Read for their rescheduled 6th annual Literacy Liftoff on Thursday, September 10from 5:00 to 8:00 pm!
Hosted on the soccer fields at Missouri Southern State University, this free event features fun for the whole family and there’s no cover charge to attend. Attendees can expect:
- Tethered hot air balloon rides
- Yard games
- Food trucks
- Exhibitions by local nonprofits
- A basket raffle
This event serves as a fundraiser, and any and all donations during the event will go towards the upkeep and growth of NALA, which is a literacy nonprofit in Joplin that is dedicated to the mission of helping adult learners reach their full potential.
