(Neosho, MO) – The 2025 season for Crowder College Roughrider Baseball and Softball will begin on January 30 and January 31, respectively.
Crowder College Roughrider Baseball will start the season Thursday, January 30 at 1:00 pm where they will go up against Labette Community College at Lallemand Field on the Neosho campus. The Roughriders enter the season ranked tenth in NJCAA Division I baseball according to the polls (January 22, 2025).
The first home double-header will challenge the Roughriders as they host the fifth-ranked Johnson County Community College on Thursday, February 6 at 1:00 and 4:00 pm.
The 2024 season concluded at the NJCAA Division I World Series in Grand Junction, Colorado, with a record of 49-15, earning the Region 16 and South Central District Championships.
Crowder College Roughrider Softball will begin their season on Friday, January 31, at 11:00 am and 4:00 pm as they face off against Barton Community College and Northeastern Junior College, respectively. The Roughriders enter the season under new head coach, Niki Keck. NJCAA Division I polls (January 22, 2025) have the Roughriders earning votes, just outside the top 20 teams.
The 2024 season concluded at the District tournament with the Roughriders finishing 44-21, after earning the Region 16 Championship.
