(Joplin, MO) – A public meeting to discuss the North Heights Neighborhood Architectural Survey will be held at 6:00 pm on Thursday, October 17, at First Presbyterian, 509 S. Pearl Ave. (Please enter through the West Entrance.)
City of Joplin officials and Joplin Historic Preservation Commission members will discuss the architectural survey and help define its purpose to identify the area’s historic buildings, sites, and events. The group will also address the reasons for the survey and possible options that could occur following the survey’s completion. A question-and-answer period will follow the discussion.
Neighborhood residents are encouraged to attend and learn more about the process.
