The Missouri Council for Activity & Nutrition (MOCAN), part of the University of Missouri Extension, invites the community to the inaugural MOCAN Summit on Thursday, October 24 in Columbia, Missouri! Join them at the Riechmann Indoor Pavilion in Columbia and enjoy light breakfast and lunch along with some new MOCAN gear.

This year’s focus is on community health and celebrating the outstanding contributions that members of MOCAN have made across the state during the Health Care and Worksite Wellness awards, alongside the inaugural internal MOCAN awards.

The Summit will be held in-person in Columbia and has an all-day slate of engaging content. You can find the information you need on the registration page, here. Don’t forget to invite your networks!

There are also options available for exhibit tables if your organization would like to share information. There is also an option to showcase a poster of your great work in community health. Email mocan@missouri.edu with your interest in either option.

Make sure to register here and don’t forget to nominate someone for doing great work! Nominations can be submitted here.
