Join the Missouri Southern State University (MSSU) Choral Society as they perform their Spring Concert on Sunday, May 5! The performance will take place at 3:00 pm at the First Community Church (2007 E. 15th Street in Joplin).
The concert includes several selections that are sure to delight the audience, including familiar spirituals, gospel music, and a medley of songs from the beloved Les Misérables.
The chorus of 60 voices is under the direction of Melissa Belk, and Clint Newby is the accompanist.
The event is free and open to the public, and donations will be gratefully accepted.
