(Joplin, MO) – Joplin Empire Market is making the final preparations for their sixth annual Paris Week event.
The event will beheld on Saturday, February 10 during normal market hours from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm. Attendees can expect to see a variety of Paris-themed food and activities for all ages.
On the itinerary is the La Creperie de Marché, where sweet and savory crepes will be served as a fundraiser for the Empire Market; fresh macarons and crème brûlée from Pha’s Bakery will be available for purchase; and French music will fill the market halls. Visitors can shop all three market halls, with fresh produce, pastured meat, artisan goods, coffee from Cottage Small Roasters, wine and cocktails from Just a Taste, mocktails from Potions & Brews, and read-to-eat food all available.
In addition to all things Parisian, many of the market vendors are offering up special treats for Super Bowl viewing and for Valentine’s Day!
A Paris-themed photo booth will be set up for customers to visit, and Alchemist Haven will have a selection of special French fragrances for visitors to sample (dispensed by a Parisian-inspired mime)!
There is no charge for entry into the event.
