Jared David, PE, LEED AP BD+C, Elevated to Land Development Division Leader
Jared Davis, formerly Springfield Office Leader, has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and expertise in the field. His dedication to OWN’s clients and providing leadership to his team has been a driving force in OWN’s success. In his new role as Land
Development Division Leader, Jared will oversee and spearhead key initiatives companywide within the division, further enhancing the company’s capabilities in land development projects. Jared’s portfolio covers a wide gamut of commercial, residential, education, hospitality, and civic projects across the nation.
Cody White, PE, Assumes Role as Ozark Regional Leader
Cody White, previous Joplin Office Leader, has exhibited outstanding leadership qualities and a deep understanding of the Ozark region throughout his 18-year tenure at OWN. As Ozark Regional Leader, Cody will play a pivotal role in fostering regional growth, cultivating
client relationships, and ensuring the seamless execution of projects. Cody’s role also includes overseeing OWN’s Field Services Division, including geotechnical engineering, drilling, geophysical testing, and construction testing and inspection for a wide array of public infrastructure and private development projects across the country.
Josh Oathout, PE, Named Joplin Office Leader
Josh Oathout, who previously served as Land Development Department Manager, has consistently demonstrated a strong commitment to the success of the Joplin office. As Joplin Office Leader, Josh will lead the team in delivering exceptional results, maintaining high standards of client satisfaction, and driving the strategic vision for the Joplin location. Throughout his eight years at OWN, Josh has worked on residential, commercial, and industrial projects, including single family subdivisions, apartment buildings, restaurants, strip centers, retail, warehouse and manufacturing buildings.
These promotions underscore OWN’s commitment to recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance, providing opportunities for professional development, and cultivating a culture of extreme ownership.
