Happy National Arts & Humanities Month! What better way to celebrate with Connect2Culture (C2C) as they announce the results of the Americans for the Arts’ national study, Arts & Economic Prosperity 6 (AEP6).
C2C, Joplin’s community arts agency, participated on behalf of the City of Joplin to reveal the economic and social impact of the community’s nonprofit arts and culture sector. For more than a year, C2C collected 800+ audience-intercept surveys from a variety of arts and cultural events. Now, they’re excited to share the results with the entire community!
Join C2C, along with representatives from Americans for the Arts and the Missouri Arts Council, on Thursday, October 12, 2023, at 3:00 pm at the Harry M. Cornell Arts & Entertainment Complex (212 West 7th Street, Joplin, MO 64801). They are thrilled to host this announcement in conjunction with the Missouri Arts Council, who will announce results from the entire state of Missouri!
