First Community Bank Adds Norman to Treasury Management Team

(Batesville, AR)First Community Bank has announced that Isaac Norman has joined the bank as assistant vice president, treasury management sales for the financial institution’s full-service branch location at 1710 E. 32nd Street in Joplin, Missouri. Norman will also serve the southwest Missouri and northwest Arkansas regions. In his role, he will educate his customers about new products included in the bank’s treasury management suite and introduce them to personalized customer service banking.

“I’m thrilled to join the First Community Bank family and become part of an institution that truly values community involvement. I look forward to getting to know our customers as we all grow together,” said Norman.

Norman earned his bachelor’s degree from Missouri Southern State University where he studied psychology and business management. Together, he and his wife, Randi, have two sons, Cooper (seven) and Nolan (two). In his free time, Norman enjoys golfing, playing the drums, reading, going to music concerts, and outdoor sports.

Norman serves on the leadership committee for Joplin and also sits on the boards of multiple organizations, including: Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA, southwest Missouri chapter); the Joplin Neighborhood Adult Literacy Act (NALA); and Joplin Bright Futures Connections for Success, which is a partnership between local businesses and nonprofits to provide resources for area youth.

The Joplin location opened on January 3, 2023, and is a one-stop financial center offering a variety of financial services to its customers. The drive-thru is open from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday and from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm on Saturday.
