New Children’s Book, ‘Scary Gary’, To Be Used to Help Bridge the Gap Between Early Childcare and State Licensing Requirements

(Webb City, MO) – Local children’s book author and small business owner, C.G. Baird, is celebrating the official launch of her new children’s book, Scary Gary and the Super Sock.

Scary Gary is a children’s book based loosely on a true story about a crazy squirrel who steals a sock from C.G. Baird’s early childcare/preschool centers, Footprints & Friends Too, LLC. Scary Gary the squirrel is convinced that the sock will provide him with superpowers after witnessing the powers it gave the preschool kids. In his quest to get the sock, he is faced with numerous obstacles, including a confrontation with the Glitter Gang and the Red Paint of Power.

In the end, the book leaves you wanting more of Scary Gary, and more is coming! C.G. Baird has signed on to write two more Scary Gary children’s books.
