(Joplin, MO) – 1 Million Cups Joplin (1MC) invites the community to join them for a special presentation with Ken Coleman on January 25, 2023.
Ken Coleman holds the record for presenting at 168 1MC chapters all over the country. He even wrote a book about it! Ken has also enjoyed over 40 years working as a real estate agent and broker, closing over a billion-and-a-half dollars in sales in southwest Missouri. He learned at an early age how to build the strongest influencers in town to send him business on a regular basis, consequently closing over 6,000 properties in his career.
He was instrumental in the formation and funding of America’s first privately owned/public used airport in Branson, Missouri and served as the first Chairman of the Branson Airport Development Board. Ken is also a co-owner and founding member of The Tire Tag, a parking violation system.
Ken is the author of four books: Climb to the Top in Real Estate, Focus on the 5, Focus on the True 5 (releasing in 2023), and Legend of Table Rock (also releasing in 2023).
Coleman also hosts training seminars and speaks publicly across the United States on topics like real estate, sales, and marketing.
1MC Joplin takes place each Wednesday at the Joplin Advanced Training & Technology Center, located at 420 Grand Avenue in Joplin. The event kicks off each week at 8:30 am for coffee and networking. Presentations follow at 9:00 am.
