Rapha International: Planting Proverbial Trees for Freedom

There’s a Greek proverb that says: “A society grows great when old men plant trees whose shade they know they shall never sit in.”

Here in the U.S., it’s estimated that over half of the population – 56% – does not have an up-to-date estate plan. This week, October 17 – 23, is National Estate Planning Awareness Week (NEPAW), so we at Rapha International wanted to take this opportunity to encourage you to proverbially plant a tree in whose shade you will never sit. Through our partnership with FreeWill, we are able to provide a free resource to help you establish an estate plan that will serve the generations to come.

Not only will it serve your family, but a will can be a powerful way to elevate your impact for survivors of human trafficking by including Rapha International in your “shade tree.” By creating a planned gift in your estate plan, you can ensure healing, hope, and freedom for survivors for generations to come, with no cost to you today.

Whether or not you decide to include a gift in your plans, please know that this resource is 100% free for you and your loved ones to use. We hope that this tool can be a greatly beneficial for you and your family. As a recent FreeWill user shared:

“We are so grateful to have been given the opportunity to do this free of charge. It made something that we have dreaded doing. . .exceedingly easy.”
