(Springfield, MO) – Guaranty Bank is pleased to announce that Fred Osborn was recently named SVP, Commercial Banking Manager for the Joplin, Mo. region.
Fred has been with Guaranty Bank since 2019 and has more than 35 years of banking experience including commercial banking, lending, and wealth management where he was a managing director for U.S. Bank Wealth Management.

Fred’s civic associations include the Joplin Sales Tax Oversight Committee, the Joplin Regional Airport Board, the Carl Junction Schools Foundation, the Joplin Rotary Club, the Joplin Rotary Community Foundation, the Joplin Area Habitat for Humanity, and the Community Clinic of Southwest Missouri. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Kansas and is a graduate of the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado in Boulder.
