October 2 | 10:00 am to 2:00 pm | Free to attend | Wildcat Glades Park
Come out and help Wildcat Glades, the City of Joplin, Missouri Master Naturalists, Liberty Utilities, and Missouri Department of Conservation join forces to save this planet! This is a free community-wide event with an adventure scavenger hunt, a fun walk, food vendors, live music, education vendors, and games!

Yoga in Nature for Adults
October 9 | 8:30 am to 9:30 am | For ages 16+ | $10 to attend
Led by Amanda, a registered yoga teacher, this class is designed to incorporate elements of nature, breathing, and yoga poses. Bring your yoga mat or a towel and a reusable water bottle. This is a great opportunity to stretch out and stay loose while enjoying our wonderful park.

Pumpkins

It’s fall and the pumpkins are getting ripe!
Join us to learn how a little seed becomes so big and round. We will read a story, sing a song, and decorate a pumpkin that you can take home! Registration is required to ensure we have enough pumpkins for everyone in attendance.

Ghostly Glades: Down the Yellow Brick Road
October 22 and 23 at 6:30 to 9:30 pm | Free Preschool Connections Class | Wildcat Glades Park
Join our Wildcat Glades team for a guided night hike!
Follow our guides down the yellow brick road to meet some interesting characters and learn about some amazing things you can fin din Missouri.
Guided hikes will leave every fifteen minutes and will conclude with snacks and crafts inside the Emerald Cit!
