(Joplin, MO) – Arvest Bank has been recognized by Forbes magazine as part of its “Best-In-State Banks 2021” lists for Arkansas, Kansas, and Missouri. Earlier this year, Arvest ranked among the top 10 U.S. banks on Forbes’ “World’s Best Banks” list.
Forbes produced both lists with its market research partner, Statista. The “Best-In-State Banks 2021” lists are based on an independent survey of approximately 25,000 consumers in the United States who were asked to rate banks at which they have — or previously have had — checking accounts.
Across all states, 135 banks — or 2.6 percent of all banks in the U.S. — are being recognized.
“We all know the challenges our customers and associates have faced over the last year and the changes many of us have made in the way we do business,” said Chad Evans, president for Arvest in the Joplin region. “What hasn’t changed is Arvest’s commitment to serving our customers in the ways they prefer. That makes this honor even more rewarding and validates that being open to innovative change is the right thing for the bank and our customers. We are truly grateful.”
The stated goal of the “Best-In-State Banks 2021” lists is to provide consumers with information on which banks provide the best overall service and experience. Participants in the survey made recommendations regarding overall satisfaction; they also assessed banks in the following areas: trust, terms & conditions, branch services, digital services, customer service, and financial advice.
