Projecting Cash Needs

Participants in this course will learn the basics of creating a cash flow projection spreadsheet in order to manage a business or obtain outside funding to start a new business venture. Emphasis will be placed on how to estimate future sales and business operating expenses for a new small business or for an existing business venture. Finally, participants will learn how to use a cash flow projection to monitor actual performance and to make better financial decisions.

The Missouri SBDC at MSSU follows the Missouri Southern State University summer schedule. Beginning Monday, May 17, 2021 through Friday, August 10, 2021, our office will be opened Monday through Thursday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, closed on Fridays.
