Academics

  • The summer and fall 2021 schedule is now available to view here. Open enrollment starts on April 12. Schedule an appointment with your advisor to get enrolled early!
  • A walk-through commencement ceremony will be held on May 7 and 8. Graduates must register here to participate.

Campus Events & Community Education (Neosho location unless otherwise noted)

  • The Longwell museum will host a Crowder College Student Show from April 7 to May 8 with a closing reception to be held on April 22 from 5:00 to 7:00. Museum hours are 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The museum is closed on weekends and holidays.
  • Fine Arts Week will take place from April 19 to 23. Join in the fun and view all the upcoming activities here.
  • There will be a Printmaking Shop Open House on April 22 from 12:00 pm to 4:30 pm in Newton Hall room 100. Click here to view the invitation.
  • Masks & Music will be hosted on April 22 and 23 at 7:00 pm nightly. This performance is a joint effort between Crowder’s Theatre and Music departments. General admission is $5 a ticket.

Athletics

  • Roughrider Women’s Basketball defeated State Fair in the first round of the Region 16 Tournament. They will now play in the semi-finals at Moberly Area Community College on Thursday, April 8 at 7:00 pm. A win will put them in the finals against the Jefferson/Three Rivers winner on Saturday, April 10 at 7:00 pm. That game will take place at the home of the higher seed.
  • Roughrider Baseball is now 29-4 for the season and ranked fifth in the NJCAA Division I polls. They will play at home on Saturday, April 10 at 1:00 pm. This is their annual Autism Awareness Game. Children from the Maddox Hill Behavior Support Center will take the field with the Roughriders before the game with one student selected to throw the first pitch. This will take place prior to the game at around 12:50 pm.
  • Roughrider Softball is now 30-3 for the season and is ranked sixteenth in the NJCAA Division I polls. They will play at home on Sunday, April 11 at 2:00 pm against Three Rivers.
  • e-Sports season is underway! To watch subscribe to twitch.tv/roughrideresports.
  • Roughrider Men’s Soccer is 0-2 for the season. They will play at home on Saturday, April 10 at 12:00 pm against Mineral Area Community College.

Crowder Foundation

  • Suspects & Sleuths, A Dinner Party to Die For, presented by RE Smith will be featured in two performances on April 16 and April 17. Tickets are $50 per person or a table of six for $300. Learn more or purchase tickets here.
