(Joplin, MO) – The Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) is sponsoring a final manager training session that is free to those interested. This is a great one-hour, virtual course built to help engage managers in their corporate wellness programs.
Provided by the St. Louis Area Business Health Coalition, this course will help managers:
- Understand the business case for workplace wellness, including its impact on health care costs, productivity, and employee morale.
- Learn the basic structure of a workplace wellness program, including current best practices.
- Learn with the tools and resources necessary to engage their employees in a wellness program.
