Yoga in Nature for Adults

Fall Color Hike

Let’s take a hike and enjoy the colorful show our Missouri trees have to offer! This is a free, guided hike and we will complete the entire Wildcat Trail, looking at different tree species and their beautiful colors of fall. This free event is for anyone who wants to learn about hammock camping or hammocks in general. Please join us as we cover hammock camping and the gear needed for a comfortable night’s sleep. We will demonstrate what gear is best and the proper way to set it up. There will be several different hammocks to setup and try. You are also welcome to bring your own gear for tips and ways to improve on your hang. You must RSVP to attend! We are meeting at the Wildcat Glades Village.
