Neosho, MO – The Crowder College Longwell Museum will soon be hosting the Midwest Clay Artists Exhibit for the majority of October.
From October 5 through the 22, a variety of beautifully handcrafted clay art pieces will fill the Longwell Museum for visitors to enjoy. On October 22nd from 5:00 to 7:00 pm, there will be a closing reception inside the gallery as well.
Midwest Clay Artists is a collective group of pottery and ceramic artists from both Missouri and Kansas. Their works are regularly hosted in exhibits throughout the region. You can learn more about the group by visiting their Facebook page called Midwest Clay Artists.
The Longwell Museum is located inside the Elsie Plaster Community Center on the Crowder College Neosho campus, located at 601 Laclede Avenue, Neosho, Missouri. The museum is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. It is closed on weekends and holidays.
