JOPLIN, MO, July 22 –Downtown Joplin Alliance will hold the August First Friday WineShare on Friday, August 7, from 6p-8p, at Briley’s Ice Cream, Soda, & Gifts (901 S Main St, Suite 1).
WineShare returns on August 7, in the perfect location for summer fun–Briley’s Ice Cream! Whether you are sipping on wine, enjoying a frosty cone, or trying out one of their specialty mocktails, there will be plenty of options to help cool people down.
Visitors to this adorable location can also enter to win one of five Briley’s gift certificates or a large gift
basket comprised of a Briley’s tumbler, a bottle of wine, and a $25 giftcard.
Visitors to the August WineShare can shop the Route 66 merchandise and learn all about Briley’s Farmstop, which aims to bring farm fresh goods to our downtown all week long.
Light snacks and desserts will be provided and another giveaway featuring gift cards from downtown businesses will happen at 7:00pm for attendees.
WineShare is a unique networking opportunity that takes place from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. every other month from February through December. This event is held within rotating locations in Downtown Joplin and is sponsored by a local business.
It is free to attend and everyone over the age of 21 is welcome. Attendees bring a bottle of wine or a favorite craft beer to share and can spend the evening enjoying the company of other downtown enthusiasts.
