(Joplin, MO) – Connect2Culture (C2C) announced its highly anticipated 2026–2027 performance season during a press conference on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at the Harry M. Cornell Arts & Entertainment Complex (212 W. 7th Street).
“Ten years ago, Connect2Culture set out to create opportunities for our community to experience live performances right here in Joplin,” says Emily Frankoski, Executive Director of Connect2Culture. “Today, our 2026–2027 season reflects how far we’ve come as well as our continued dedication to igniting a passion for the arts, culture, and entertainment. We invite our community to join us in celebrating this milestone and to experience a season full of exceptional artists and meaningful experiences!”
All performances in the 2026–2027 season will be held at C2C’s home theatre (the 419-seat Beshore Performance Hall) or its outdoor amphitheater (the 1000-person Leggett & Platt Green) at the Cornell Complex.
A full list of performances, an explanation of each series (Curtains Up Series, Cornell Series, and Ignite Series) and season tickets, artist bios, photos, and links, and more can be found here. The public is encouraged to visit the performance season page beginning Wednesday, July 1, 2026, to learn more about each artist in C2C’s 2026–2027 season.
“Season tickets are officially available to the public. Season ticket packages include tickets to all performances in a specific series with a 15% discount, the largest discount we offer. It’s the best way to experience the magic of Connect2Culture from the best seats, at the best prices!” says Frankoski. “And, of course, this season would not be possible without our generous sponsors, including Freeman Health System; Sharon and Lance Beshore; EaglePicher Technologies, LLC; and many others.”
Season tickets go on sale to the public Wednesday, July 1, 2026. Single ticket sales begin Saturday, August 1, 2026.
