(Joplin, MO) – OWN, Inc., a 100% employee-owned civil engineering firm, announced the appointment of three new members to its Board of Directors: Cody White, Vice President, Director of Operations; Jared Davis, Vice President, Division Leader – Land Development; and Anna Ruis, Vice President, Director of Strategy.
These appointments expand OWN’s Board and reflect the firm’s continued focus on strategic growth, operational excellence, and strong leadership across its regional markets.
Based in the Joplin market, Cody White brings more than 20 years of experience at OWN, providing long-standing operational leadership and a deep understanding of southwest Missouri. His leadership has played a key role in supporting regional growth, strengthening cross-division collaboration, and guiding teams across the firm’s footprint.
Jared Davis, brings over two decades of technical and leadership experience within the firm’s land development practice. With oversight of projects spanning commercial, industrial, residential, civic, and mixed-use developments, Jared offers valuable insight into client needs, project delivery, and market trends.
Anna Ruis contributes a forward-looking perspective shaped by her work in strategic planning, organizational alignment, and long-term growth initiatives. Her role on the Board reinforces OWN’s commitment to thoughtful expansion, innovation, and alignment between strategy, execution, and people.
