City of Joplin’s Annual Surplus Auction Set for September 13, 2025

The City of Joplin’s annual surplus auction is set for Saturday, September 13. The auction will begin at 9:00 am and will be held in the Street Maintenance Barn at the Public Works Center (1301 W. 2nd Street).

Those interested in machinery and/or vehicles can view items by appointment starting Monday, September 8. To make an appointment, please call 417.624.0820, ext. 1564. Viewing of other auction items will be from 8:00 am to 9:00 am on Saturday, September 13, prior to the auction.
