Mercy Named One of the Top 150 Places to Work in Health Care by ‘Becker’s Hospital Review’

Mercy has once again been recognized as one of the Top 150 Places to Work in Health Care by Becker’s Hospital Review, a national publication that highlights excellence across the health care industry. The annual list celebrates hospitals, health systems and health care organizations that go above and beyond to create outstanding workplace cultures.

Mercy’s inclusion underscores the organization’s ongoing commitment to fostering a supportive and rewarding environment for its more than 50,000 caregivers across five states. According to Becker’s, organizations on the list “are committed to supporting their teams through comprehensive benefits, opportunities for both personal and professional growth, inclusive and empowering work environments, and resources that promote a healthy work-life balance.”
