Economic Security Corporation of the Southwest Area to Host Open House and Ribbon Cutting for Head Start/Early Head Start Administration Building on November 22

The Economic Security Corporation of the Southwest Area (ESC) invites the community to celebrate with them on Friday, November 22 at 11:00 am!

They will host an open house and celebrate the opening of their Head Start/Early Head Start Administration Building with a joint ribbon cutting by the Joplin, Webb City, Carthage, Carl Junction, and Barton County Chambers of Commerce. Come out to 222 W. 3rd Street in Joplin to celebrate alongside them and enjoy refreshments.
