The Alliance of Southwest Missouri to Host CPST Car Seat Tech Course on September 17 to 20

All kids need to be save while traveling. And everyone who has children in their care should make sure that they’re able to safely secure a car seat before traveling. The Alliance of Southwest Missouri will host the CPST Car Seat Tech Course on September 17 to 20, 2024.

This four-day course will include instruction as well as hands-on application and a car seat check up on the last day of class. The classes run from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with class running from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm on Friday. Registrants must be present for the entire class time on each day and pass the hands-on and written examinations in order to pass the class. Attendance does not guarantee that a registrant will pass the class.

A MO POSTCredit is offered through this class. Registrants are able to receive 24 hours in the areas of Legal Study (2 hours), Skill Development (9 hours), Interpersonal Perspectives (7 hours), and Technical Studies (6 hours).
