Our vision is to engage people of all ages in hands-on learning, driven by curiosity and play. We take play very seriously!

Progress Report
- Lab events that were held from March to July 2022 included the following topics: Women in Science, Creativity and Innovation, Creativity and Innovation, Lift and Drag with Paper Airplanes, World Ocean Day, and Exploring Explosions.
- Upcoming labs have been scheduled for August, September, and October.
- Mobile labs will be held at Joplin Public Library, Third Thursday, Teacher Health Fair, and Emancipation Park Days.
- Presentations have been given to several influential area civic groups and community organizations.
- Grants have been received from the Corley Foundation, Joplin Rotary Club, and Lemons Charitable Trust.
- Our permanent home is still under negotiation.
- We have see increases in volunteers and interested organizations.
- We continue to form exciting strategic alliances with are organizations.
- The Capital Campaign Committee preparations have commenced.

While rocket launches, rollercoasters, and spooky science labs are come up, we’d like to hear what themes and activities you would like to see in the lab.
