ENGAGE brings together thousands of accounting professionals, firm leaders, and innovators from across the country to explore the future of the profession. Andrew Jordan, Co-Owner and President of Jordan CPA Services, will present “Designing People-First Workplaces: Culture, Belonging, and the Future of Accounting Talent.” His session explores how thoughtful leadership, flexible systems, and intentional mentorship create environments where professionals can thrive while delivering excellent client service.
