JOPLIN SCHOOLS TO PARTICIPATE IN EAGLE BOND TOWN HALL ON MARCH 26

(JOPLIN, MO.) – Joplin Schools administrators and members of the Long Range Facility Committee will host a series of Eagle Bond Town Hall meetings planned from noon to 1:00 pm and from 7:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday, March 26, at the Joplin Public Library.

District administrators will begin with a short presentation about the work proposed in the Eagle Bond, which is a no-tax-rate-increase debt extension bond on the ballot on Tuesday, April 7. Joplin voters and community members are encouraged to attend.

Following the presentation, attendees will be invited to ask questions to understand the scope of the proposed projects, financial plans, and Long Range Facility Plan recommendations. Members of the Long Range Facility Committee will also be present to provide details about their project priorities and research process.
